Man arrested for bond violation after drug test debacle.

HART — A 33-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for violating his bond after he allegedly attempted to falsely provide a urine sample during a court-ordered drug test at the Oceana County courthouse Monday morning, Aug. 9, according to Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.

The man was caught using a “false appendage” containing someone else’s urine when it began to leak urine all over himself. The apparatus was confiscated by police.

Not only did the man’s urine test positive for methamphetamine, but so did the false urine he was attempting to use, said Sheriff Mast.

The person who drove him to the courthouse — a 31-year-old Walkerville woman — was arrested on an outstanding Muskegon County felony warrant for methamphetamine possession.
