HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

– Richard Alan Lattin, Jr., 29, of 166 Hoskins St., Hesperia, was found guilty March 16 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced

June 8 to 90 days in jail with credit for six days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; 18 months probation; and $490 in fines and costs. One misdemeanor count of possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle was dismissed.

– Aaron Wayne Rumsey, 31, of 2731 S. 192nd Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Dec. 2, 2019 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced July 13 to 75 days in jail with credit for 49 days served;

driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; 18 months probation; and $258 in fines and costs. Rumsey was ordered to complete the Salvation Army Rehabilitation Program following jail.

– Ashton John Norem, 25, of 22604 Jet Ave., Silver Lake, Minnesota, received an amended sentence July 13

for March 12, 2018 convictions of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams and probation violation. Norem was ordered to serve 45 days in jail with credit for 45 days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $458 in fines and costs
