Chainsaw, lawnmower stolen.

WEARE TOWNSHIP — A Craftsman chainsaw valued at $400 and a Yard-Man push mower valued at $300 were stolen from the 2100 block of West Monroe Road, according to Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.

The theft was reported Monday, May 18, shortly before 3 p.m.

If anyone has information about the theft, they are asked to call the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office at 231-873-2121.

Monday, May 18, 2020:

– 12:13 p.m., credit card fraud of $400, West Main Street, Village of Walkerville.

– 8:17 p.m., loose calf, 3400 block of South Elm Street, Ferry Township.

– 8:55 p.m., domestic assault, 4500 block of South 144th Avenue, Ferry Township.

– 10:20 p.m., breaking and entering, West Lever Road, Hart Township. The case was unfounded.

Tuesday, May 19, 2020:

– 2:51 a.m., a 24-year-old Montague man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, Wilke road near 44th Avenue, Claybanks Township.
