27th Circuit Court sentencings, Jan. 5, 2020.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court::

Spears

– Jason Lee Spears, 25, of 5178 Fox Rd., Mears, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Dec. 23 to one year in jail with credit for 271 days served and $490 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a June 10, 2019 conviction of possession of weapons/ammunition, is revoked.

– Christine Anne Day, 27, of 6537 E. Glen Lane, Fountain, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Dec. 16 to 270 days in jail with credit for 183 days served and $458 in fines and costs.

Probation, which stems from a June 17, 2019 conviction of methamphetamine possession, is revoked.

– Olivia Rose Parsons, 25, of 5578 E. Skeels Rd., Holton, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Dec. 16 to nine months in jail with

credit for 104 days served and $458 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a May 6, 2019 conviction of methamphetamine possession, is revoked.

– Phillip Andrew Richiuso, 40, of 5661 Vine St., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 4 of common law fraud and was

sentenced Dec. 23 to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served; one year probation; and $690 in fines, costs and restitution.

– Kendra Annette Thompson, 26, of 611 176th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Dec. 27 to 30 days in jail

with credit for two days served and $490 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Jan. 22, 2018 conviction of delivery/manufacture of marijuana, is revoked.
