GRANT TOWNSHIP – A 42-year-old Norton Shores woman was arrested by Oceana County sheriff’s deputies for operating while intoxicated Monday, Oct. 14, shortly before 9 a.m. after driving her car into the ditch on Winston Road on her way to work, according to the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office.

She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Friday, Oct. 11, 2019:

– 4:45 a.m., (OCSO), drug possession, West Tonawanda Trail, Grant Township.

– 1:37 p.m., (OCSO), assault and battery, South Oceana Drive, Grant Township. The case will be turned over to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

– 5:31 p.m., (OCSO), a 24-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for resisting arrest and bond condition violation, East Harrison Road, Village of Walkerville. A warrant is being sought for the suspect’s wife for aggravated assault. Minor injuries were reported.

– 10:20 p.m., (OCSO), a 37-year-old New Era man was arrested on a Michigan State Police, Hart post, warrant for malicious destruction of property, South Oceana Drive, Grant Township.

Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019:

– 3:12 p.m., (OCSO), larceny from a building, MGS Products, West Polk Road, Golden Township. Items stolen include a detox flush drink and six pill capsules valued at $25 and palm leaf tobacco wraps valued at $12.

– 12:27 p.m., (OCSO), third-degree retail fraud, a bottle of Fireball whiskey was stolen, New Era Wesco, Village of New Era.

Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019:

– 7:58 a.m., (OCSO), larceny of a purse, North 204th Avenue, Leavitt Township.

Monday, Oct. 14, 2019:

– 4:45 p.m., (MSP), a 33-year-old New Era man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, 88th Avenue and Northland Drive, Village of Rothbury.

– 11:16 p.m., (OCSO), a 27-year-old New Era man was arrested for driving without insurance and unlawful registration, Garfield Road, Grant Township.

– 11:54 p.m., (OCSO), a 35-year-old Hesperia woman was arrested for driving while license suspended, South 128th Avenue, Otto Township.
