78th District Court sentencings, Oct. 10, 2019.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– David Wayne Hahn, 54, of 5694 S. Leelanau Circle, New Era, was found guilty Sept. 23 of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) and was sentenced to 180 days suspended jail with credit for two days served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,290 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of transporting open intoxicants was dismissed.

– Zachary Howard Bryce, 19, of 1311 W. Jackson Rd., Hart, pleaded “no contest” Sept. 24 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail; AHSE; and $1,090 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Teri Lyn Baldridge, 43, of 6884 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 23 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to six days in jail with credit for six days served and $175 in fines and costs.

– Eric William Tatro, 24, of 5333 148th Ave., Hesperia, pleaded “no contest” Sept. 23 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for 11 days served and $100 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Tatro also pleaded “no contest” to reckless use of a firearm and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit 11 days served and $125 in fines and costs. A second count of DWLS and charges of operating an unregistered vehicle, operating without insurance and dog running at large were dismissed.

– Maria Magdel Baxcajay-Gonzalez, 49, of 2398 Beech St., Twin Lake, was found guilty Sept. 27 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Richard James Ragen, 35, of 5630 W. 8 Mile Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 25 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $290 in fines and costs.

– Ernesto Eugene Rodriguez, 29, of 603 S. State St., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 23 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $340 in fines and costs.

– Ronald Sylvester-Cletus Monroe, 20, of 4055 White River Dr., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 23 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $425 in fines and costs.

– Emmaline Suzanne Woodward, 26, of 5349 S. 164th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty of harboring misdemeanants and dog running at large and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail for the first count and 90 days suspended jail for the second count and $725 in fines and costs.

– James Bruce Hughey, 83, of 276 McLaren Lake Rd., Hesperia, pleaded “no contest” to forest fires setting fire without reasonable precautions and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $450 in fines and costs. A second count of forest fires setting fire without reasonable precautions was dismissed.

– Amanda Katherine Platt, 30, of 62 N. Cook St., Hesperia, was found guilty Setp. 23 of third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $465 in fines, costs and restitution.

– Kelley Daniel Green, 31, of 1766 Michigan St., Algonac, Michigan, was found guilty Sept. 25 of operating an ORV on public road and was sentenced to $475 in fines and costs.

– Randall Scott Crysler, 49, of 6271 W. 104th St., was found guilty Sept. 25 of operating an ORV at an unreasonable speed and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $275 in fines and costs.

– Elaina Lyn Avilla, 25, of 7121 S. Apple Hill Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Sept. 25 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Alvin Eugene Hippler, 67, of 1926 E. Filmore Rd., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 25 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $125 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Jonah Aaron-Francis Wungnema, 22, of 2567 Morton Ave., Musekgon, was found guilty Sept. 26 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $325 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Zacharia Thomas Dood, 33, of W 959 Foster St., Fountain, was found guilty Sept. 26 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Jose Manuel Gonzales, 26, of 1325 W. Clark, Bartlett, Texas, was found guilty Sept. 26 of disorderly person – drunk and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $425 in fines and costs.

Dismissal

– Karrie Elizabeth Linville, 34, of 1221 W. Laketon Blvd., Muskegon, one count of domestic violence was dismissed Sept. 24.
