Teen apprehended by police for throwing brick at dad’s head.

NEW ERA – A 15-year-old boy was apprehended by Oceana County sheriff’s deputies and transported to the Ottawa County Juvenile Detention Facility Tuesday, Sept. 24, shortly before 1 a.m. after allegedly throwing a brick at his 56-year-old father, narrowly missing his head, said Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.

The incident occurred on Ray Avenue in the Village of New Era. No one was injured, Mast said.
