Alleged kidnapper with Oceana connections, victim found dead.
The bodies of a missing woman and her ex-boyfriend, who police believe kidnapped her at gunpoint were found dead Tuesday, July 9, on a Texas farm, according to the FOX News Network.
The alleged kidnapper had ties to Oceana County.
Jorge Jaramillo, 48, allegedly abducted Jessica Sanchez, 37, from her home in Devine, Texas, June 30, according to the Devine Police Department. Family said Sanchez’s three young daughters witnessed the kidnapping.
The Medina County Sheriff’s Office has not yet released their causes of death.
Jaramillo was arrested for aggravated assault after holding a knife to Sanchez’s throat on Memorial Day, according to FOX. Sanchez was granted a magistrate’s emergency order of protection against Jaramillo after the incident.
Police have not released a motive for why Jaramillo allegedly kidnapped his ex-girlfriend.
Jaramillo had connections to Hart and Mears. He also had other Michigan ties in Muskegon, White Cloud, Saint Paul and Norton Shores.
