The following is police activity in Oceana County over the weekend:

Friday, July 5, 2019:

• 8:45 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), defrauding an innkeeper, suspect did not pay for a meal, West Silver Lake Road, Golden Township. The case is being turned over to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
• Noon, (OCSO), third-degree retail fraud, South Michigan Avenue, Village of Rothbury. A warrant is pending as the suspect is being sought.

Saturday, July 6, 2019:

• 2:15 a.m., (OCSO), a 35-year-old Mears man was arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI), Taylor Road near 34th Avenue, Golden Township.
• 6:28 a.m., (OCSO), a 28-year-old Hart man was arrested for OWI, North 66th Avenue, Weare Township.
• 11 a.m., (Michigan State Police), hit-and-run crash, no injuries, 3400 block of 80th Avenue, Village of Rothbury.
• 12:20 p.m., (MSP), a 41-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for operating without a license, Polk Road and State Street, City of Hart.
• 3:36 p.m., (OCSO), a 36-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for OWI and open intoxicants, East Jackson Road, Colfax Township. A 54-year-old Bitely man was also arrested for open intoxicants.
• 5:57 p.m., (OCSO), a 30-year-old Twin Lake man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Skeels Road, Otto Township.
• 6:47 p.m., (OCSO), a 22-year-old Rothbury man was arrested for OWI, Diamond Point Road, Otto Township.
• 7:38 p.m., (OCSO), a 48-year-old Grand Rapids man was arrested for DWLS, Silver Dam Road, Golden Township.

Sunday, July 7, 2019:

• 9:40 p.m., (MSP), a 25-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for domestic violence and probation violation, 4400 block of 184th Avenue, near the Village of Hesperia.
• 11:58 p.m., (MSP), a 21-year-old Hart man was arrested for driving without insurance and driving without a license, Polk Road, Hart Township.
