27th Circuit Court sentencings, May 17, 2019.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Ramirez

Larry Casarez Ramirez, 62, of 2352 S. Meyers Rd., Ludington, was found guilty March 18 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced May 13 to one year in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $602 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Robert Edwin Reynolds II, 27, of 2031 Sisson St., Muskegon, was found guilty of probation violation and

sentenced May 13 to one year in jail with credit for one year served and $490 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Jan. 22, 2018 conviction of controlled substance delivery, is revoked.

Trad Paul Sheafor, 29, of 5825 W. 7th St., Mears, was found guilty of

probation violation and sentenced May 13 to 272 days in jail with credit for 272 days served; two years probation; and $2,600 in fines, costs and restitution. His probation stems from a Dec. 18, 2017 conviction of uttering and publishing.

Amber Lynn Hawkins, 31, of 834 Grant St., Grand Haven, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced April 22 to 130 days in jail with credit for 70 days served; 18 months probation; and $458 in fines

and costs. Balance of time served to be in inpatient treatment. Upon release from inpatient treatment, she will be placed on a curfew monitoring tether for 90 days. Her probation stems from a Sept. 10, 2018 conviction of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

Travis Nathaniel Terebinski, 33, of 7501 W. 8 Mile Rd., Hesperia, was

found guilty May 15 of a misdemeanor of domestic violence and sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 26 days served; no contact with the victim; and $500 in fines and costs. One felony count of assault with intent to commit harm less than murder was dismissed.
