HART – The following were recently sentenced in 78th District Court:

Amanda Marie Zoulek, 31, of 411 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, pleaded “no contest” April 30 to disorderly person – jostling and was sentenced to 28 days in jail with credit for 28 days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no contact with the victims or their property for six months; and $100 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.

Raven Ann Bentley, 29, of 771 Wilson Ave., Norton Shores, was found guilty May 1 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $120 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Robert Vincent Curtis, 28, of 811 Laplaisance Rd., Monroe, Michigan, pleaded “no contest” April 30 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $450 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.

Matthew Aaron Eitniear, 34, of 711 E. Arthur Rd., Rothbury, pleaded “no contest” April 30 to attempted stalking and was sentenced to six months discretionary jail for one year; additional probation terms added to 2018 case; no contact with the victim, family or property; and $300 in fines and costs. One count of stalking was dismissed.

Kelly Ray Alltop, 26, of 42 Chapita Hills, Shelby, pleaded “no contest” April 30 to trespassing and was sentenced to 30 days discretionary jail for one year; not to return to victims’ property for six months; and $310 in fines and costs. One count of larceny less than $200 was dismissed.

Rocky Joseph Helms, 43, of 4783 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty April 29 of embezzlement less than $200 and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; $952 in restitution; and $475 in fines and costs. One count of embezzlement $200-$1,000 was dismissed.

Brandon Scott Vanoost, 19, of 2378 Cloverly St., Grand Rapids, was found guilty April 29 of fishing on a closed trout stream and was sentenced to $325 in fines and costs.

Reyes Zuniga-Galvan, 46, of 799 N. 144th Ave., Hart, was found guilty April 24 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $135 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of furnishing false info to a police officer was dismissed.

Bruce Keith Westerman, 32, of 2071 S. M 37, Baldwin, was found guilty April 25 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. One count of operating without a license was dismissed.

Reyanna Lynn Hager, 19, of 2081 S. 186th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty April 25 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs. One count of violating a restricted license was dismissed.

Christopher Lee Abbatoy, 34, of 8971 Dickinson Rd., Bitely, was found guilty April 25 of unlawful license plates and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $215 in fines and costs.

Ricardo Daniel Rodriguez-Flores, 31, of 7023 S. 88th Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty April 25 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs. One count of unlawful license plates was dismissed.

Dustin Wade Schilz, 36, of 1119 E. Sandtree Trail, Rothbury, was found guilty April 25 of trespassing and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $335 in fines and costs. One count of fishing without a license was dismissed.

Frank Garza Rocha, 19, of 6969 N. 126th Ave., Hart, was found guilty April 25 of driving while license not valid was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Calvin James Greiner, 33, of 509 Wood St., Hart, was found guilty April 25 of DWLS and was sentenced to $485 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Luis Oscar-Cortez Ramirez, 20, of 619 Woodlawn Court, Hart, was found guilty April 25 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $445 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Dismissals

Adam Blake Riddell, 29, of 527 S. Water St., Hart, one count of domestic violence was dismissed April 30. “Victim stated that she is unwilling to cooperate with the prosecution of the defendant,” his court file states.

Eric Steven Helkamp, 49, of 208 E. Main St., Hart, one count of domestic violence was dismissed April 30. “Victim stated that she is unwilling to cooperate with the prosecution of the defendant,” his court file states.
