Drug charges top 78th District Court arraignments.

HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Schnaus
– Jeffrey Bernard Schnaus, 37, of 1717 Wood Cliff Court, Atlanta, Georgia, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for two felony counts of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/cocaine less than 50 grams and a felony count of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance/schedule 1, 2, 3. Preliminary exam: April 22 at 3 p.m. Bond: $10,000/10 percent.
– Travis Michael Gale, 26, of 5178 W. Fox Rd., Mears, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of methamphetamine

possession. Preliminary exam: April 22 at 3 p.m. Bond: $10,000/10 percent.
– Aaron Vaughn Jacobs, 33, of 7044 N. 92nd Ave., Hart, was arrested by MSP for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: April 22 at 3 p.m. Bond: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Richard Joseph Pierce, 39, of 14 S. Hart St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: April 18 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $,1,000/10 percent.
– Maria Isabel Olivas, 41, of 403 S. Hart St., Hart; HPD; truancy. Pretrial: May 2 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
– Tasha Marie Starks, 34, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); assault and battery. Pretrial: April 18 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Dustin Allen Himes, Jr., 24, of 6501 E. Rossell Lake Rd., Walkerville; HPD; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial to be scheduled. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
