78th District Court arraignments, posted Feb. 14, 2019.

HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felony
– Shawn Alan Goerbig, 39, of 922 E. Colby St., Whitehall, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Case was bound over to 27th Circuit Court.
Pretrial: March 4 at 9 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.
Misdemeanors
– Patrick Fay George, 30, of 413 Ainsworth Circle, Ypsilanti; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Feb. 21 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
– Paul Edward Bliss, 32, of 702 Dryden St., Hart; Hart Police Department; malicious destruction of property (MDOP) less than $200. Pretrial: Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.
