HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Jenkins

– Joshua Samuel-Thomas Jenkins, 23, of 2953 Tahoe Trail, New Era, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Feb. 4 to nine months in jail with credit for 122 days served and $490 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Sept. 17, 2018 conviction of assault with intent to commit bodily harm less than murder, is revoked.

– Joseph Alan Riggs, 36, of 5839 5th St., Mears, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Feb. 4 to nine months in jail with credit for 172 days served and $398

in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from an Oct. 15, 2018 conviction of illegal use of a financial transaction device, is revoked.

– Christina Lee Sayers, 32, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 10, 2018 of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams and was sentenced Feb. 4 to nine months

in jail with credit for 184 days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $490 in fines and costs. Sayers was also found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Feb. 4 to nine months in jail with credit for 184 days served and $16,357.67 in fines, costs and restitution. Probation, which stems from a Dec. 18, 2017 conviction of uttering and publishing, is revoked.

– Jared Andre Mingo, 24, of 103 Frazer Dr., Purcellville, Virginia, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Jan. 22 to 30 days in with credit for 16 days served and $490 in fines and costs. Holmes

Youthful Trainee Act (HYTA) probation, which stems from a Nov. 5, 2018 conviction of controlled substance possession – schedule 1, 2, 3, is revoked.

– Mona Lisa Delis, 50, of 2170 Crowley St., Muskegon, pleaded “no contest” Jan. 16 to attempted lying to a police officer and was sentenced to 12 days in jail with credit for 12 days served

and $490 in fines and costs. Restitution is reserved, and a hearing is set for March 4 at 11 a.m. Charges of unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle/car theft, lying to a police officer and passing a false title were dismissed.
