Hart advises residents to run water.

HART – City officials are advising that residents run water from their faucets to avoid frozen pipes.
“The city is recommending that homeowners run a ‘pencil lead’ stream of water to prevent frozen water lines until further notice,” states an advisory posted on the city’s Facebook page Tuesday, Jan. 29.
