HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Cooper

– Christian Joseph Cooper, 18, of 4643 W. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felonies of first-degree home invasion, larceny of a firearm and felony firearm. Preliminary exam: Feb. 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent. Cooper is accused of walking into a house and taking a pistol off a table or counter, said Oceana County Prosecutor Joseph Bizon.

– Victor Ivan Rodriguez, 32, of 3479 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was arrested by OCSO for felony charges of methamphetamine possession and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing

– Jeffery John Nulf, 41, of 7114 S. Apple Hill Dr., Rothbury, was arrested

– Arthur Ray Baxter, 53, of 2510 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia; State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Preliminary exam: Jan. 28 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Brian Michael Austin, 32, of 935 Coventry Dr., Walker; OCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Feb. 7 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Rachel Holly Rogers, 38, of 73 E. 6th St., Shelby; OCSO; truancy. Pretrial: Jan. 24 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

– Ted Lee Taylor, 60, of 710 E. Main St., Hart; OCSO; larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Feb. 28 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

– Jessica Lynn Olson, 41, of 165 Elm St., Hesperia; MSP; driving while license not valid. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

– Brian Paul Woodworth, 56, of 8479 E. Monroe Rd., Walkerville; Hart Police Department (HPD); operating without insurance. Pretrial: Jan. 24 at 11 a.m. Bail: personal recognizance.

– Antonio Webster Perez, 20, of 4414 E. Borothy Rd., Custer; HPD; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Jan. 31 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

– Sanjuanita Garcia, 48, of 500 Fowler St., Shelby; OCSO; truancy. Pretrial: Jan. 24 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.
