The following is recent police activity in Oceana County:

Monday, Jan. 14, 2019:

– 8:57 a.m., (Michigan State Police), car/deer crash, Oceana Drive and Madison Road, Weare Township.

– 1:08 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 47-year-old Morley man was arrested on a warrant at the sheriff’s office.

– 1:15 p.m., (MSP), breaking and entering, 1000 block of South 48th Avenue, Benona Township.

– 1:46 p.m., (OCSO), domestic violence, 2700 block of Forrest Street, Village of Rothbury.

– 2:50 p.m., (OCSO), larceny of lumber valued at $1,000, 1100 block of East Clock Road, Elbridge Township.

– 4:50 p.m., (MSP), harassment, 5000 block of West Cleveland Road, Claybanks Township.

– 6 p.m., (MSP), domestic assault, under investigation, 1000 block of 42nd Avenue, Benona Township.

– 9:25 p.m., (OCSO), a 41-year-old Rothbury man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), South Oceana Drive, Grant Township.

– 10:15 p.m., (MSP), a 43-year-old Rothbury man was arrested for no insurance and unlawful license plate, Michigan Avenue and Connie Street, Village of Rothbury.

Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019:

– 9:51 a.m., (OCSO), a 36-year-old Mears man was arrested for probation violation, 800 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.

– 2:43 p.m., (OCSO), 21-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for domestic violence, 100 block of North 192nd Avenue, Leavitt Township.

– 4:30 p.m., (MSP), harassment, 100 block of Sessions Road, Shelby Township.

– 8:18 p.m., (OCSO), illegal dumping, 6500 block of South 96th Avenue, Grant Township.

– 11:20 p.m., (OCSO), warrant arrest, East Loop Road, Newfield Township.
