Rollover crash Christmas morning results in felony drunk driving arrest.

GRANT TOWNSHIP – A 58-year-old Montague man was arrested for third-offense operating while intoxicated and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) Tuesday, Dec. 25, at 6 a.m. following a rollover crash on Oceana Drive near Yale Road, just south of the Village of New Era. The man, who was not injured in the crash, was lodged in the Oceana County Jail, said Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.

Friday, Dec. 21, 2018:
– 2:14 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), assault, 5500 block of East Madison Road, Colfax Township.
– 2:44 p.m., (OCSO), a 54-year-old West Olive man was arrested for second-offense DWLS, East Madison Road, Colfax Township.
– 3:03 p.m., (OCSO), malicious destruction of property, a mailbox valued at $50 was damaged, 4400 block of West Hayes Road, Shelby Township.
Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018:
– 2:20 p.m., (OCSO), retail fraud, Wesco, Village of New Era.
Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018:
– 4:10 a.m., (OCSO), vehicle crash, minor injury, North Ridge Road, Pentwater Township.
– 9:27 a.m., (OCSO), two trailer hitches, each valued at $250, were reported stolen, 2500 block of West Winston Road, Grant Township.
– 2:24 p.m., (OCSO), breaking and entering, no further information available, 4700 block of North 168th Avenue, Leavitt Township.
– 4:11 p.m., (OCSO), gas drive-off, $25 in fuel stolen, Hesperia EZ Mart, Village of Hesperia. A 32-year-old Hesperia man was arrested.
– 9:30 p.m., (OCSO), larceny of power tools, hand tools and a chainsaw, 7400 block of East Adams Road, Colfax Township.
– 10:51 p.m., (OCSO), a 22-year-old Nunica man was arrested for DWLS, East Main Street near 132nd Avenue, Ferry Township.
Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018:
– 2:13 p.m., (OCSO), criminal sexual conduct, South Westshore Drive, Grant Township.
– 3:48 p.m., (OCSO), larceny of chainsaws, 4100 block of North 88th Avenue, Hart Township. A Husqvarna Rancher valued at $550 and a Craftsman valued at $140 were reported stolen.
– 7:32 p.m., (Michigan State Police), car/deer crash, 80th Avenue and Plum Road, Shelby Township.
Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018:
– 9:20 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, M 20 and 192nd Avenue, Newfield Township.
