78th District Court sentencings.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Malishia Rena Lash, 37, of 3830 Meadowbrook Lane, Hart, was found guilty Dec. 20 of driving while license license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $410 in fines and costs.
– Ardian Kapxhiu, 53, of 7226 E. Jefferson Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty Dec. 20 of hunting without a bow license and was sentenced to $155 in fines and costs. One count of taking an over-limit of bucks/antler point restriction was dismissed.
– Nicholas John Pleva, 25, of 32326 Hampton Court, Faser, Michigan, was found guilty Dec. 20 of taking a deer without a license and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $1,335 in fines and costs.
– Bradley Alan Dulyea, 22, of 6088 S. Maple Island Rd., Fremont, was found guilty Dec. 20 of unlawful license plate and sentenced to $215 in fines and costs.
– Gordon Glen Link, 53, of 10345 US 31, Montague, was found guilty Dec. 20 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
– Franklin James Welch, 35, of 2669 W. Webster Rd., Montague, was found guilty Dec. 19 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $410 in fines and costs.
– Christopher Lee Oisten, 18, of 630 4th St., Baldwin, was found guilty Dec. 19 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs.
– Daniel Lee DeHoff, 29, of 11423 US 31, Montague, was found guilty Dec. 19 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $410 in fines and costs.
– Duane Michael Wright, 29, of 3444 W. Deren Rd., Ludington, was found guilty Dec. 19 of driving while license expired and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year. Court waived fines and costs.
– Cody Joseph Gowell, 25, of 497 W. Cleveland Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Dec. 21 of driving while license not valid/improper license and was sentenced $300 in fines and costs.
