HART – The following were arraigned on misdemeanor charges recently in 78th District Court:

– Danial Joseph Delia, 28, of 7684 Brunswick Rd., Holton; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). Pretrial: Jan. 17 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Gavin Ray Hill, 18, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 8 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Layne Robert Masta, 21, of 383 N. Bogue St., Walkerville; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Jan. 17 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Dennis Lee Morgan, 57, of 292 S. Meyers Rd., Ludington; OCSO; OWI. Pretrial: Jan. 17 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Cristal Louise Lewis, 25, of 523 S. Water Rd., Hart; MSP; OWI. Pretrial: Jan. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Scottie Allan Sosnowski, 52, of 4864 W. Fox Rd., Mears; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 8 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Autumn Lynn Boyette, 36, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; OCSO; truancy. Pretrial: Jan. 8 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

– Jason Scott Huggard, 33, of 1005 N. Custer Rd., Custer; OCSO; stalking. Pretrial: Jan. 17 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
