The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:
Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018:
– 10:35 a.m., larceny, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
– 12:47 p.m., wellbeing check, 300 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.
– 1:15 p.m., parking complaint, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
– 6:16 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart. A 61-year-old Hart man and a 29-year-old Mears woman were cited.
– 7:30 p.m., telephone used for harassment, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.
Friday, Dec. 21, 2018:
– 1:40 a.m., driving while license suspended, Polk Road and Comfort Drive, City of Hart. A 41- year-old Mears man was cited.
– Noon, fraud, 400 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
– 2:14 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, 10 block of South State Street, City of Hart.
– 4:40 p.m., disturbance, 600 Block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 8:38 p.m., warrant arrest, Allegan County Jail. A 32-year-old Hart man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail for an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018:
– 1:44 a.m., suspicious situation, Polk Road and US 31, City of Hart.
– 8:20 a.m., medical assist, 10 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
– 6:43 p.m., retail fraud, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
– 10 p.m., family disturbance, 600 block of State Street, City of Hart.
Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018:
– 2:19 a.m., unwanted subject, 1100 block of Parmington Avenue, City of Hart.
– 9:55 a.m., dog at large, Polk Road and US 31, City of Hart.
– 3:30 p.m., juvenile runaway, 300 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.
– 4 p.m., trespassing, 400 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.
– 5:46 p.m., noise complaint, 10 block of Mechanic Street, City of Hart.
– 10:09 p.m., warrant arrest, Oceana Drive and Tyler Road, City of Hart. A 34-year-old Hart woman was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 11:21 p.m., driving while license suspended, Wood and State streets, City of Hart. A-21-year old West Olive man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
