78th District Court sentencings.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Julian Lugo Reyna, 27, of 3908 N. Oceana Dr., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 10 of marijuana possession and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail for one year; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $450 in fines and costs. One count of Xanax possession dismissed.
– Ronald Dee Robbins, Jr., 57, of 3429 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 10 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $225 in fines and costs. Charges of disorderly – drunk and malicious use of a telephone were dismissed.
– Karan Mathew Russell, 24, of 6790 W. 8th St., Fremont, was found guilty Dec. 7 of unlawful license plate use and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $260 in fines and costs.
– Frank Loren Jungnitsch, 36, of 12361 Odell Rd., Linden, was found guilty Dec. 7 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) on an off-road vehicle (ORV) was dismissed.
– Jose Luis Jasso-Muniz, 49, of 1033 S. Dryden St., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 5 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Steven Klein Bowker, 34, of 438 Hancock St., Pentwater, was found guilty Dec. 5 of driving DWLS and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Ryan Jon Vanderzwaag, 46, of 3339 N. 60th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 5 of failure to prevent the spread of fire and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $575 in fines and costs.
– Billie Arthur Welch, 70, of 2494 W. Whitetail Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty Dec. 6 of hunting without a license and was sentenced to $125 in fines and costs.
– Gary Dean Hovey, 63, of 152 S. 66th Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 6 of exceeding 2 gallons of bait and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs.
– Steven Lawrence Lopez, 34, of 192 S. 66th Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 6 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. He was also found guilty of driving an unregistered trailer and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and a $75 fine.
