27th Circuit Court sentencings.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
Logan Duvall with defense attorney Terry Shaw.
– Logan Nathaniel Duvall, 19, of 84 Ellis St., Shelby, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Dec. 3 to 18 months to 10 years in prison with credit for 366 days served in jail and $1,190.14 in fines, costs and restitution. His probation stems from a Jan. 30, 2017 conviction of receiving and concealing guns.
– Kyle Gerald Hiscott, 38, of 140 S. Rush St., Pentwater, was found guilty Oct. 15 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was

sentenced Dec. 3 to 180 days in jail with credit for 39 days served; 18 months probation; and $933 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.
– Michael Martell Dunlap, 34, of 5648 W. Johnson Rd., Fremont, was found guilty Nov. 26 of a second-offense

domestic violence and was sentenced to 84 days in jail with credit for 84 days served and $490 in fines and costs. One count of third-offense domestic violence was dismissed.
