78th District Court arraignments.

HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Tracy
– Lucas Adam Tracy, 25, of 946 S. Stony Creek Lane, Hesperia, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of fugitive from justice stemming from a felony charge of rape of a child. Tracy is charged in Macon County, Tennessee, where he allegedly fled and was arrested in the City of Hart. Tracy waived extradition and is voluntarily returning to Tennessee to face the felony charge, according to his court file.
– Ryan Kammerzell, 36, of 1301 N. Iroquois, Chouteau, Oklahoma,
Kammerzell
was arrested by OCSO for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary conference: Dec. 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanor
– Sara Jessica Thomas, 27, of 8030 W. Lumberjack Dr., Mears; Hart Police Department; second-offense driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Dec. 11 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.
