78th District Court sentencings.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Antonio Rosas-Villegas, 49, of 8 N. Courtland St., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 30 of second-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 180 days in jail; one year discretionary jail for one year; and $190 in fines and costs. Credit for time served in another case. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Daniel James Lorenz, 34, of 7138 104th Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty Nov. 5 of second-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to nine days in jail; one year discretionary jail for one year; and $1,305 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Juan Clemente Quintero, 20, of 622 S. 104th Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Nov. 1 of failure to stop for a property damage accident and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $325 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Jeffrey Scott Glover, 40, of 8273 W. Stony Lake Rd., New Era, was found guilty Nov. 1 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs.

– Jerry Lee Andreas, 48, of 1086 E. Court St., White Cloud, was found guilty Nov. 2 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.

– Dee Ray Freeman, 53, of 5707 S. Cherokee Bend, New Era, was found guilty Nov. 1 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs. Charges of no insurance and unlawful license plate were dismissed.

– Colleen June Weesies, 41, of 6018 S. 90th Ave., New Era, was found guilty of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Zachary Matthew Stulp, 19, of 7143 S. 88th Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty Oct. 31 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Taylor Steven Alsteens, 23, of 1265 Witham Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty Oct. 31 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Joshua Daniel Collier, 33, of 6704 Virnetta Dr., Ludington, was found guilty Oct. 31 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 for one year in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Kevin James Kaiser, 25, of 5060 Wayne Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty Oct. 31 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Daniel Salgado, 31, of 520 Griswold St., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 31 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Rene Reyes, 23, of 2337 E. Monroe, Hart, was found guilty Nov. 5 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Nickoli Aaron Wallace, 25, of 3500 W. Grant Rd., New Era, pleaded “no contest” Oct. 30 to fourth-degree child abuse and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail for one year and $450 in fines and costs.

– Katy Lynn Brown, 38, of 1232 N 122nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 30 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $225 in fines and costs.

– Carey Marie Fatseas, 57, of 104 S. Courtland, Hart, was found guilty Oct. 30 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $225 in fines and costs. One count of operating while impaired was dismissed.

– Montreal Marcine Rose, 24, of 1955 Elwood, Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 5 of trespassing and was sentenced to 30 days discretionary jail for one year and $325 in fines and costs. One count of malicious destruction of property (MDOP) less than $200 was dismissed.

– James Gilson Budd, 19, of 1939 W. Danbury, Okemos, was found guilty Nov. 5 of trespassing and was sentenced to 30 days discretionary jail for one year and $225 in fines and costs. One count of MDOP less than $200 was dismissed.

– Daniel Robert Rhodes, 19, of 4674 Woodcraft Rd., Okemos, was found guilty Nov. 5 of trespassing and was sentenced to 30 days discretionary jail for one year and $225 in fines and costs. One count of MDOP less than $200 was dismissed.

– Analaura Garza, 21, of 1751 Maztlon St., Roma, Texas, was found guilty Nov. 5 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Julie Ann Bartolini, 25, of 6597 Groesbeck Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 5 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) was dismissed.

– Andrew John Priese, 26, of 7121 Clearwater Crt., Rothbury, was found guilty Nov. 5 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of operating with a high BAC and open intoxicants were dismissed.

– Cameron Scott Lohman, 20, of 8880 180th Ave., Holton, was found guilty Oct. 15 of MDOP less than $200 and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $838 in fines and costs.

– Martin Carl Schultz, 50, of 7838 W. Timberbrook Trail, Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 5 of DWLS and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail for one year and $450 in fines and costs. One count of no insurance was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Nicole Elizabeth Jorgensen, 31, of 6455 Hancock Rd., Montague, was found guilty Nov. 5 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail for one year and $950 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.

– Brandi Gene Armstrong, 33, of 3160 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Nov. 5 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; outpatient treatment; and $1,105 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of no insurance, operating while intoxicated and operating with the presence of drugs were dismissed.

– Wesley Aaron Jurney, 21, of 1118 Mills Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 5 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; outpatient treatment; and $1,105 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Joseph Owen Pulsipher, 41, of 834 Grant Ave., Grand Haven, was found guilty Oct. 15 of MDOP less than $200 and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $450 in fines and costs. He was also found guilty of disorderly person – drunk and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $200 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
