27th Circuit Court sentencings.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Ohrling

– Zachary Adam Ohrling, 27, of 120 Munn St., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 10 of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and was sentenced Nov. 5 to nine months in jail with credit for 29 days served; two years probation; and $873 in fines, costs and restitution. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed. Ohrling was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Nov. 5 to 270 days in jail with credit for 173 days served and $800 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Sept. 12, 2016 conviction of third-offense OWI, is revoked. Convictions reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Joseph Owen Pulsipher, 52, of 9430 Filmore Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 10 of controlled substance possession less than

25 grams and was sentenced Nov. 5 to 60 days in jail with credit for one day served; 18 months probation; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $458 in fines and costs.

– Joshua Charles Jahn, 35, of 4559 N. 68th Ave., Hart, pleaded “no contest” July 30 to a high-court misdemeanor of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and was sentenced Nov. 5 to 162 days in jail with credit for 162 days served; 18 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of domestic violence and DWLS were dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
