– Roy James Alltop, 47, of 3745 132nd Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felonies of first-degree home invasion, larceny of a firearm and breaking and entering a building with intent. Preliminary conference: Oct. 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
