78th District Court arraignments.

HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Gentz
– George Andrew Gentz, 41, of 2349 118th Ave., Shelby, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of controlled substance possession – cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 25 grams. Preliminary conference: Sept. 24 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.
– Woodrow Slone, Jr., 57, of 8505 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton, was arrested by the Department of Natural

Resources (DNR) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary conference: Sept. 24 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Brian Jay McCallum, 33, of 329 Mary Ct., Hesperia; MSP; OWI. Pretrial: Oct. 9 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Karen Stevens Chandler, 56, of 7347 Loma Linda Dr. NE, Rockford; Hart Police Department (HPD); OWI. Pretrial: Oct. 9 at 10 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Frank Adam Sagan, 80, of 1011 Monoma, Ludington; HPD; OWI. Pretrial: Oct. 9 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Julio Escamilla, 17, of 2036 E. Madison Rd., Hart; HPD; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Sept. 27 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Matthew Aaron Eitniear, 34, of 711 E. Arthur Rd., Rothbury; MSP; DWLS, no insurance and marijuana possession. Pretrial: Oct. 9 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– James Richard-Lee Bowler, 24, of 9366 Indian Hills Rd., Montague; MSP; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Oct. 9 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Michael Anthony Cruz, 27, of 106 Hilltop Dr., Hart; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office; OWI. Pretrial: Oct. 2 at 4 p.m. Bail: $5,00/cash/surety.
