HART – The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:
Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018:
– 12:53 a.m., a 28-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license, Oceana Drive and Polk Road, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 11:53 a.m., wellbeing check, Polk Road and Industrial Park Drive, City of Hart.
– 4:05 p.m., wellbeing check, State and Main streets, City of Hart.
– 6:20 p.m., larceny, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 9:45 p.m, a 44-year-old Muskegon man was arrested on a warrant issued by HPD, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Friday, Sept. 7, 2018:
– 4:20 a.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
– 5:18 p.m., larceny, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
– 7:42 p.m., larceny, 200 block of Lincoln Street, City of Hart.
Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018:
– 3:46 p.m., suspicious situation, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
– 10:30 p.m., a 27-year-old Hart man was arrested on a warrant issued by HPD, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 11:55 p.m., noise complaint, 200 block of Hilltop Drive, City of Hart.
Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018:
– 8:12 a.m., larceny, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
– 9:38 a.m., paper service, 200 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
– 6:10 p.m., a 34-year-old Walkerville woman was arrested for suspected larceny and a warrant issued by Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, 700 block of State Street, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 6 p.m., fraud, 200 block of Lincoln Street, City of Hart.
– 9:18 p.m., warrant arrest and suspicious situation, Water and Jefferson streets, City of Hart. A 40-year-old Comstock Park, Michigan man was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Kent County Sheriff’s Office. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Monday, Sept. 10, 2018:
– 11:10 a.m., a 32-year-old Hart man was arrested on a warrant issued by HPD, 700 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018:
– 9:10 a.m., medical assist, 500 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
– 9:25 a.m., medical assist, 400 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
– Noon, wellbeing check, 300 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
– 6 p.m., found property, State and Main streets, City of Hart.

– 9:40 a.m., a 37-year-old Hart man was arrested for parole violation, Oceana County Probation and Parole Office, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 11 a.m., found property, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
