Crashes, warrant arrests top police activity.

The following is police activity in Oceana County over the weekend:
Friday, Aug. 17, 2018:
– 1:13 p.m., (Michigan State Police), vehicle crash, no injuries, Grant Road, Shelby Township.
– 2:45 p.m., (MSP), vehicle crash, no injuries, 68th Avenue near M 20, Grant Township.
– 6:15 p.m., (MSP), a 22-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for driving without a license, Garfield Road near 180th Avenue, Greenwood Township.
– 9 p.m, (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), warrant arrest, West Stony Lake Road, Benona Township.
– 11:22 p.m., (OCSO), a 25-year-old Hart woman was arrested on a warrant, South Union Street, City of Hart.
Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018:
– 11:25 a.m., (MSP), bicycle/vehicle crash causing minor injury, Webster Road at the William Field Memorial Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail near Oceana Drive, Grant Township. A 45-year-old man riding a bicycle was injured.
– 1:32 p.m., (OCSO), cruelty to animals, West Main Street, Village of Walkerville. A dog was shot in the leg with a pellet gun. The case has been turned over to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office. The dog survived the injury.
– 3:43 p.m., (OCSO), illegal use of a credit card, West Seventh Street, Golden Township.
Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018:
– 2:45 a.m., (MSP), a 31-year-old Shelby woman was arrested on a warrant and for marijuana possession, Oceana Drive near M 20, Shelby Township.
– 12:33 p.m., (OCSO), a 52-year-old McPherson, Kansas man was arrested for operating while under in the influence of drugs, South 180th Avenue, Greenwood Township.
– 1:43 p.m., (OCSO), a 43-year-old Muskegon man was arrested on a warrant, North State Street, Village of Shelby.
– 3:10 p.m., (MSP), vehicle rollover crash causing injury, US 31 near Taylor Road, Hart Township.
