HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Brown

– Richard Paul Brown, 28, of 4545 W. Anthony Rd., Ludington, was found guilty of probation and sentenced Aug. 13 to two to five years in prison with credit for 455 days served in jail and $750 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Jan. 5, 2015 conviction of third-offense operating while intoxicated, is revoked.

found guilty June 18 of assault with intent to commit harm less than murder and was sentenced Aug. 13 to 218 days in jail with credit for 218 days served; 18 months probation; no contact with the victim during the term of probation; $600 in restitution; and $258 in fines and costs.

– Brittany Ann Marr, 20, of 4898 S. 180th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty June 18 of methamphetamine

possession and was sentenced Aug. 13 to one year in jail with credit for 105 days served; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; 18 months probation; and $398 in fines and costs. Charges of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and drug delivery less than 50 grams were dismissed. In a separate case, Marr was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced to

nine months in jail with credit for 167 days served; 18 months probation; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $458 in fines and costs. Probation stems from a Feb. 5, 2018 conviction of methamphetamine possession.

– Bradley Joseph Olson, 46, of 322 N. State St., Shelby, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Aug. 13 to 270 days in jail with credit for 183

days served and $458 in fines and costs. Probation stems from a Jan. 29, 2018 conviction of drug possession less than 25 grams.

– Blair Rochelle Collins, 27, of 1158 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Aug. 13 to one year in jail with credit for 134 days served and $458 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Dec. 4, 2017 conviction of

larceny in a building, is revoked.

– Mark Anthony Duchemin, 40, of 1544 N. Apple Dr., White Cloud, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Aug. 13 to one year in jail with credit for 40 days served; two years probation; $1,750 in restitution; and $258 in fines and costs. “Once all financial assessments previously ordered by the court are paid in full, the defendant shall be discharged

from probation,” his court file states. Probation stems from a July 27, 2015 conviction of receiving and concealing stolen property $1,000-$20,000.

– Kayde Joseph Metzler, 27, of 1006 Madison Ave., Grand Haven, was found guilty July 2 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Aug. 13 to 66 days in jail with credit for 66 days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; 18 months probation; and $198 in fines and costs. One count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine was dismissed.
