HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

– Noah James Moon, 35, of 5867 S. Oceana Dr., Rothbury, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Preliminary conference: Aug. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

– David John Hanson, 47, of 7476 E. Forest Glenn Rd., Rothbury, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary conference: Aug. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Erica Kaylynne Gillespie, 21, of 504 S. Union St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 30 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
