Hesperia man arrested for third-offense drunk driving.

NEWFIELD TOWNSHIP — A 27-year-old Hesperia man was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI), operating with a high blood alcohol content, probation violation and driving while license suspended (DWLS) on M 20 near 200th Avenue Friday, Aug. 3, at 9:05 p.m., according to Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.

Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018:
– 10:14 p.m., a 36-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for DWLS, East Monroe Road, Colfax Township.
Friday, Aug. 3, 2018:
– 10:19 p.m., a 21-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for marijuana possession and a 46-year-old Twin Lake man was arrested for marijuana possession and probation violation, 192nd Avenue, Greenwood Township.
– 10:21 p.m., a 44-year-old Shelby man was arrested for domestic violence and on an outstanding warrant, 4100 block of East Buchanan Road, Ferry Township.
Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018:
– 12:22 a.m., a 41-year-old White Cloud man turned himself in to the sheriff’s office for an outstanding warrant, City of Hart.
– 5:20 a.m., domestic assault, 600 block of South Street, City of Hart.
– 9:37 a.m., malicious destruction of property (MDOP)/turfing, 7500 block of West Taylor Road, Golden Township.
– 2:11 p.m., a 41-year-old Hart woman sustained minor injuries in a vehicle crash, West Harrison Road near Railroad Road, Golden Township.
– 6:39 p.m., a 30-year-old Clyde, Michigan man was injured in a vehicle crash at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Golden Township.
– 8:51 p.m., a 55-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for DWLS, South Oceana Drive near Winston Road, Grant Township.
Sunday, Aug. 5, 2018:
– 1:27 a.m., a 19-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for DWLS and an 18-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for marijuana possession, 2400 block of North 56th Avenue, Golden Township.
– 3:05 a.m., criminal sexual conduct, 6300 block of East Filmore Road, Elbridge Township. The case is under investigation.
– 11:53 a.m., panhandling, West Fox Road, Golden Township.
– 7:25 p.m., a 26-year-old Muskegon man turned himself in at OCSO for a failure to appear warrant, City of Hart.
– 7:42 p.m., MDOP, a garage was spray painted causing $200 in damages, 2600 block of West Winston Road, Gran Township.
Monday, Aug. 6, 2018:
– 3:44 a.m., a 23-year-old Hart man was arrested for OWI following a non-injury vehicle crash, East Warren Road, Ferry Township.
– 4:38 p.m., an 18-year-old Shelby man was arrested for domestic violence, 220 block of East Loop Road, Ferry Township.
