Hart man sent to prison for computer crime.

HART — A 47-year-old Hart man was sentenced in 27th Circuit Court Monday, Aug. 6, to serve 18 months to seven years in prison for a felony conviction of using a computer to commit a crime.
Harold Raymond Labeau, of 602 State St., was arrested by the Hart Police Department on two felony counts of possession of child sexually abusive material and one felony count of using a computer to commit to crime.
The other two counts of possession of child sexually abusive material were dismissed in a plea agreement when he pleaded “no contest” to the charge of using a computer to commit a crime.
