HART — The following were arraigned recently on misdemeanor charges in 78th District Court:
– Junior Shattuck, 28, of 21146 Tamarack Rd., Howard City; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: June 19 at 4 p.m. Bail: $1,250/cash/surety.
– Justin Lee Knight, 31, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: June 28 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Kyle Lee Siersema, 22, of 7720 W. 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; OWI. Pretrial: June 28 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Zechariah Miles Burel, 29, of 2325 S. 118th Ave., Shelby; Michigan State Police (MSP); DWLS. Pretrial: June 28 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Nicholas Russell Gundy, 19, of 8657 S. 56th Ave., Montague; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); operating an ORV while license suspended. Pretrial: June 28 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.
– Kara Louise Knowles, 24, of 4570 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville; MSP; OWI. Pretrial: June 28 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
