78th District Court sentencings, posted June 1, 2018.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Renee Michelle Golnick, 35, of 5360 N.. 88th Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 21 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail and $500 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.
– Scott Douglas Foster, 43, of 6971 W. Deer Rd., Mears, was found guilty May 24 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $325 in fines and costs.
– Gustavo Ramos, Jr., 39, of 1593 E. Hammett Rd., Hart, was found guilty May 24 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $325 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.
– Christian Ivonne Gonzalez-Trevino, 28, of 6019 W. Deer Rd., Mears, was found guilty May 23 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.
