HART — The following were recently arraigned in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Howard
– Jordan Joseph Howard, 17, of 806 Diana St., Ludington, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under 13 years old. Preliminary conference: May 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for five felony counts of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 50 grams. Preliminary conference: May 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $100,000/cash/surety.
High-court misdemeanor
– Joshua Charles Jahn, 34, of 4559 N. 68th Ave., Hart; high-court misdemeanor of unlawful motor vehicle use and misdemeanors of domestic violence and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary conference: June 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
