The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:

Thursday, May 10, 2018:

– 12:25 a.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

– 8:20 a.m., careless driving, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

– 10:45 a.m., medical assist, 1000 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 5:30 p.m., malicious destruction of property, 600 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 5:40 p.m., possession of marijuana, 600 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 5:54 p.m., harassment complaint, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.

– 10:56 p.m., driving while license suspended (DWLS), Griswold Street and Polk Road, City of Hart. A 43-year-old year Shelby woman was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail, City of Hart.

Friday, May 11, 2018:

– 1:30 a.m., medical assist, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.

– 8:20 a.m., found property, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 9 a.m., retail fraud, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

– 10:24 a.m., noise complaint, 500 block of Church Street, City of Hart.

– Noon, vehicle crash, no injuries, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 1:07 p.m., breaking and entering, 300 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

– 1:16 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, Washington and State streets, City of Hart.

– 8:58 p.m., medical assist, 600 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

– 10:33 p.m., operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart. A 34-year-old Hart woman was cited.

Saturday May 12, 2018:

– 4 p.m., family trouble, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.

– 5:12 p.m., larceny, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

Sunday, May 13, 2018:

– 12:06 a.m., operating a motor vehicle without insurance and expired registration, Polk Road and Oceana Drive, City of Hart. A 31-year-old Montague man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 12:07 a.m., warrant arrest, Polk Road and Oceana Drive, City of Hart. A 34-year-old Muskegon woman was arrested an outstanding warrant issued in Muskegon County.

– 10:44 a.m., trespassing, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

– 1:11 p.m., medical assist, 100 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.

– 1:43 p.m, disturbance, Wood and Water streets, City of Hart.

– 2:18 p.m., operating a motor vehicle without insurance, Griswold Street and Polk Road, City of Hart. A 26-year-old Hart man was cited.

– 7:07 p.m., animal at large, Johnson and Courtland streets, City of Hart.

Monday, May 14, 2018:

– 4:58 a.m., medical assist, 600 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 8:20 a.m., larceny, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.

– 7:30 p.m., illegal entry, Jefferson Street, City of Hart. A 45-year-old Hart woman was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 10:56 p.m., warrant arrest, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart. A 59-year-old Hart man was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Ludington Police Department.

Tuesday, May 15, 2018:

– 8:30 a.m., probation violation, Oceana County Probation and Parole Office, City of Hart. A 25-year-old Hart man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 1:10 p.m., medical assist, 2000 block of 72nd Avenue, City of Hart.

– 2:25 p.m., harassment complaint, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

– 6:15 p.m., barking dog, 10 block of Peach Street, City of Hart.

Wednesday, May 16, 2018:
