78th District Court arraignments posted April 19, 2018.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felony
– Stephen Jon Frank, 52, of 37801 Plymouth Rd., Livonia, was arrested for a felony third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary conference: April 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Mitchell William Darling, 22, of 6192 W. Baker Rd., Shelby; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); OWI. Pretrial: April 26 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Obed Isaias Gaytan, 29, of 390 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; Hart Police Department (HPD); third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: April 26 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
– Ashley Nicole Unger, 28, of 4001 Maple Island Rd., Twin Lake; OCSO; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: May 1 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Devon Izac-Matthew Smith, 21, of 2510 W. Meadow Lane, Rothbury; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 26 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: personal recognizance.
– Kyle Jon Peters, 32, of 418 116th Ave., Hart; MSP; operating without insurance, operating an unregistered vehicle and marijuana possession. Pretrial: April 26 at 4 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Theodore Alan Smith, 44, of 2088 Joy St., Mears; OCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: April 26 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Kenneth Duane Cooley, 36, of 3940 N. Green Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 26 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Glenn Harvey Wiggers, 42, of 294 E. First St., Muskegon; DNR; second-offense DWLS and unlawful license plate. Pretrial: April 26 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Tirzo George Angiano, 21, of 11310 Pine St., Holton; OCSO; marijuana possession. Pretrial: April 26 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
