Fake drug sale tops arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felony

Johnson

– Andrew Kurtis Johnson, 32, of 3165 1st St., Twin Lake, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of distribution/manufacture of an imitation controlled substance. Preliminary conference: March 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. In a separate file, Johnson is also charged with a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS) following an arrest by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO). Pretrial: March 29 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Alfred Jay Trevino, 32, of 3261 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury; Shelby Police Department (SPD); malicious use of telecommunications. Pretrial: March 29 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Alma D. Pearson, 49, of 2185 W. 15 Mile Rd., Bitely; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating an unregistered vehicle. Pretrial: March 29 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Sarah Ellen McCulley, 25, of 1990 E. Monroe Rd., Hart; SPD; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: March 29 at 4 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Bronson Adam-Edward Steffans, 27, of 8946 E. Roosevelt Rd., Fremont; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); receiving and concealing stolen property $200-$1,000. Pretrial: March 29 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Holly Marie Revilla, 34, of 3610 N. Karen St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); larceny $200-$1,000. Pretrial: March 29 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Joshua Gutierrez, 19, of 2880 W. Polk Rd., Hart; SPD; malicious destruction of a building less than $200. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. In a separate file, Gutierrez is charged with marijuana possession following an OCSO arrest. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Chad Edward VandenBrink, 33, of 4589 S. Masten Rd., Branch; OCSO; failure to report an accident – snowmobile. Pretrial: March 29 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Mark Wayne Cisler, 55, of 945 180th Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; breaking and entering – illegal entry. Pretrial: March 29 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Morgan James Pearson, 20, of 160 S. East St., Walkerville; Walkerville Police Department; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 29 at 3:30 p.m.

– Mona Lisa Delis, 49, of 6991 S. 88th Ave., Rothbury; OCSO; intent to pass false title and lying to a police officer. Pretrial: March 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Andrew James Lane, 26, of 6151 E. Filmore Rd., Walkerville; MSP; second-offense DWLS and operating without insurance. Plea/sentencing: March 26 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Glen Bradshaw Harbin, 44, of 4192 Pine Creek Rd., Grandville; MSP; operating without insurance. Pretrial: March 29 at 3:15 p.m.
