HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Kett
– William Russell Kett, 27, of 9075 Wilke Rd., Fremont, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Preliminary conference: March 19 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.
Jones
– Darius Benjamin Jones, 24, of 1961 Leahy St., Muskegon, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Preliminary conference: March 19 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
Misdemeanors
– Anthony Lee Ludahl, 18, of 2742 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); marijuana possession. Pretrial: March 20 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety.
– Michael H. Fuller, 75, of 95 W. Hilltop Dr., Hart; OCSO; trespassing. Pretrial: April 3 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Jeremy James Vanderzwaag, 28, of 10748 Johnson St., Grand Haven; DNR; operating an ORV while license suspended. Pretrial: March 20 at 10:15 a.m.
– Jason Daniel Spangler, 29, of 2085 Miner Ave., Muskegon; DNR; ORV trespassing. Pretrial: March 20 at 11 a.m.
– Shane Michael Spangler, 25, of 14454 128th Ave., Grand Haven; DNR; ORV trespassing. Pretrial: March 20 at 10:45 a.m.
– Jimmy Allen Dempsey, 53, of 112 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; MSP; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 20 at 10:30 a.m.
– Renee Michelle Golnick, 35, of 5360 N. 88th Ave., Hart; OCSO; truancy. Pretrial: March 20 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety. In a separate file, Golnick is charged with marijuana possession. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
