The following is recent Oceana County activity of the Michigan State Police, Hart post:

Friday, March 9, 2018:

– 2 a.m., car/deer crash, 192nd Avenue and Loop Road, Leavitt Township.

– 1 p.m., criminal sexual conduct complaint, under investigation, 2000 block of South 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.

– 9:55 p.m., a 38-year old Sanford, Michigan man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Polk Road and US 31, Hart Township.

Saturday, March 10, 2018:

– 1:45 p.m., a 22-year-old Spring Lake man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, East Lincoln Street, City of Hart.

– 2 p.m., a 26-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for DWLS and on a fugitive warrant, 6000 block of East Filmore Road, Leavitt Township.

– 5:45 p.m., a 23-year-old Twin Lake woman was cited for improper plate, 88th Avenue and Northland Drive, Village of Rothbury.

– 6:45 p.m,. A 25-year-old New Era man was arrested for marijuana possession, 116th Avenue and Wilke Road, Otto Township.

Sunday, March 11, 2018:

– 12:37 a.m., a 28-year-old Hart woman was cited for improper plate, Ferry and Sessions streets, Village of Shelby.

– 3:53 a.m., a 20-year-old Shelby man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, State Street and Polk Road, City of Hart.

– 1 p.m., threats, 3000 block of West Baker Road, Shelby Township.

– 4 p.m., domestic violence, 1000 block of North 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.

– 10:55 p.m., a 34-year-old Shelby man was arrested on a warrant, Main Street and Oceana Drive, City of Hart.
