HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Roach

– William Claude Roach II, 37, of 1751 S. 200th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested Nov. 10 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for three felony counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim aged 13-15. Preliminary exam: Dec. 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

– Katie Amber Keller, 31, of 208 Wigton St., Hart, was arrested Nov. 13 by
