HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Joshua David Gill, 25, of 8030 W. Lumberjack Dr., Mears, was found guilty Nov. 7 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next one year and $325 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.

– Semaj Dquan Collier, 19, of 311 E. Jefferson St., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 13 of person under 21 with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .02-.07 and was sentenced to Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE) and $600 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Johnathon Dale Moore, 43, of 215 S. State St., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 13 of breaking and entering – illegal entry and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $260 in restitution; and $240 in fines and costs. One count of malicious destruction of a building $200-$1,000 was dismissed.

– Scot Allen Beeman, 36, of 3524 Pinewood Trail, Holton, was found guilty Nov. 7 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next one year and $290 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and one count of improper registration were dismissed.

– Trad Paul Sheafor, 27, of 5825 W. 7th St., Mears, was found guilty of second-offense DWLS and was sentenced to nine days in jail; one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Selvin Flores-Villagran, 36, of 1630 Leonard St., Grand Rapids, was found guilty Nov. 7 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Brandon Leon Salazar, 20, of 35 Session Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Nov. 7 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next one year and $125 in fines and costs.

Dismissal

– John Albert Bromley, 53, of 741 E. Shelby Rd., Shelby, one count of disturbing the peace was dismissed Nov. 13 on a delayed sentence.
