Embezzlement from Wesco tops arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Kortman

– David Kortman, 27, of 1848 Commerce St., Muskegon, was arrested by the New Era Police Department for a felony of embezzlement $1,000-$20,000. It is alleged that Kortman embezzled from the New Era Wesco store. Preliminary exam: Nov. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

According to the Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS), Kortman served a prison term of two years and four months to 20 years for a 2013 conviction of armed robbery. He was released from prison April 7, 2017.

Embezzlement is punishable by up to five years in prison.

– Eric William Tatro, 22, of 5333 148th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for a felony of fourth-degree fleeing and eluding police and misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated (OWI) and reckless driving. Preliminary exam: Nov. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Alonso Rosas, 39, of 315 S. Courtland, Hart, was arrested by the

Hart Police Department for a felony of cocaine possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Steven Lynn Landis, 29, of. 204 Dryden St., Hart; HPD; breaking and entering – illegal entry and trespassing. Pretrial: Nov. 21 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Rose Marie Christopher, 36, of 4579 Brunswick, Holton; HPD; non-sufficient fund check $100 or less. Pretrial: Nov. 14 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jake Oliver Olivas, Jr., 28, of 6612 N. 126th Ave., Hart; Shelby Police Department; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Nov. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Rosas

– Cory Allen Bradshaw, 24, of 650 E. Madison Rd., Hart; OCSO; violation of a restricted license, unlawful license plate use and operating with a false identification. Pretrial: Nov. 14 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Diana Lizeth Ochoa-Carrizales, 33, of 4614 N. 180th Ave., Walkerville; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
