HART — The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:
Thursday, November 2, 2017:
– 8:37 a.m., parole violation, 300 block of State Street, City of Hart. A-27-year-old Baldwin man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 2:51 p.m., fraud complaint, City of Hart.
– 7:51 p.m., assist to the Hart Area Fire Department, 100 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart.
Friday, November 3, 2017:
– 1:24 a.m., operating while intoxicated, East Main and Orchard streets. A 22-year-old Hart man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 12:11 p.m., assault and battery, 20 block of Mechanic Street, City of Hart.
– 9:01 p.m., wellbeing check, 200 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.
