Police make several DWLS, drunk driving arrests over weekend.

The following is police activity in Oceana County over the weekend:
Friday, Sept. 15, 2017:
– 3:25 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 23-year-old Shelby man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), EZ Mart gas station, Polk Road, Hart Township.
– 4:55 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), DWLS, Oceana Drive, Shelby Township.
– 2:21 p.m., (OCSO), DWLS, Dryden Street, City of Hart.
– 6:15 p.m., (MSP), stolen package, 700 block of North 176th Avenue, Leavitt Township.
– 6:51 p.m., (OCSO), operating while intoxicated, no driver’s license and transporting open intoxicants, Washington Road, Pentwater Township.
Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017:
– 1:32 a.m., (MSP), larceny from a vehicle, 200 block of West Wilke Road, Grant Township.
– 11 a.m., (MSP), vehicle crash causing injury, Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Golden Township.
– 2:30 p.m., (MSP), domestic assault and drug possession, 5000 block of West Fifth Street, Golden Township. A warrant is being sought.
– 2:45 p.m., (OCSO), DWLS, East Michigan Street, Village of Walkerville.
– 9:25 p.m., (MSP), a 26-year-old Hart man was arrested for driving an unregistered vehicle and improper plates, 144th Avenue and Deer Road, Elbridge Township.
– 10:15 p.m., (OCSO), assault and battery, South 200th Avenue, Greenwood Township.
– 10:29 p.m., (OCSO), operating while intoxicated, South Avenue, Greenwood Township.
Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017:
– 2:10 a.m., (OCSO), larceny, North 204th Avenue, Newfield Township.
– 10:09 a.m., (MSP), assault, under investigation, South Cherokee Bend, Village of Rothbury.
– 7:26 p.m., (OCSO), larceny, West Log Road, Golden Township.
– 11:30 p.m., (MSP), breaking and entering, 1000 block of South 64th Avenue, Benona Township.
