Troopers from the Hart post of the Michigan State Police made three drunk driving arrests, two of which involved crashes, Sunday, July 23.

The two single-vehicle crashes occurred within three minutes of each other in Claybanks Township. The first crash occurred on Webster Road near Scenic Drive at 6:27 p.m., and a 47-year-old Grand Rapids man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, according to MSP. The second crash occurred at 6:30 p.m. at 64th Avenue and Winston Road. A 52-year-old Montague man, who was operating motorcycle, was arrested for OWI.

A 26-year-old Shelby man was arrested for OWI following a traffic stop Sunday at 2:30 a.m. on Baseline Road near Peterson Farms in Shelby Township, according to MSP.
