HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Darling

– Lucas Wade Darling, 39, of 7053 N. Hilltop Court, Pentwater, was arrested July 15 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer. Preliminary conference: July 24 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

– Jerek Karl Johnston, 26, of 536 Partin Rd., Cleveland, Georgia, was arrested
