HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Myers
– Clinton Rayalan Myers, 28, of 8518 Robinhood Dr., Rothbury, was arrested Feb. 14 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for a felony of breaking and entering with intent. Preliminary exam: March 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Serafin Delacruz-Rodriguez, 26, of

88th Ave. Jackson Unit, Hart, was arrested Feb. 15 by the Shelby Police Department on felonies of first-degree home invasion and unlawful imprisonment. Preliminary exam: March 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Eitniear
– Christopher Ora Eitniear, 50, of 8864 Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested Dec. 31 by the Michigan State Police for a felony of absconding or forfeiting bond. Preliminary exam: March 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: denied. Eitniear was considered “missing” last December, but he was later found in California and brought back to Michigan where he remains lodged in the Oceana County Jail, according to police.
